FAQs
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when Swan performs GTM work on your behalf — researching accounts, enriching contacts, drafting messages, or updating your CRM. Different actions consume different amounts of credits based on complexity. You can track your usage in real-time from your dashboard.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you're on pay-as-you-go, you'll simply be charged for additional credits at the standard rate. If you're on a monthly tier, you can either wait for your next refresh, upgrade your tier, or purchase additional credits at pay-as-you-go rates.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The new pricing takes effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's the difference between pay-as-you-go and a credit tier?
Pay-as-you-go charges you only for credits you actually use at $0.09/credit. Credit tiers give you a monthly allocation at a discounted rate (as low as $0.035/credit on Scale), with unused credits rolling over up to 2x your allocation.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is anyone who actively converses with Swan — asking questions, giving instructions, or reviewing recommendations. Simply receiving alerts or notifications doesn't require a seat.
Do annual plans really roll over unlimited credits?
Yes. When you commit annually, any unused credits roll over indefinitely within your 12-month term. This gives you maximum flexibility to use credits when you need them most.
